You can cancel your deliveries within 24 hours of creating it by logging in to the Pakettikauppa dashboard.
Open the delivery you are looking for from the list and click “Cancel delivery”. A delivery cancelled from an online store alone does not appear in the Pakettikauppa database. Prepayments for a cancelled shipment will be returned to you.
