Pick-up order
Order a pick-up for your items. You can order it for separate parcels or transport units (pallet, trolley etc.)
As a rule, Posti picks up the item on the same day as long as you place your order before 11.30 a.m. On weekdays, Posti picks up items from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The window is four hours (8 a.m.–noon and noon–4 p.m.).

Express freight
If you are sending a large amount of goods in one go, we recommend choosing Express freight, the big brother of Express parcel. The transport unit is a pallet or a Posti rolltainer. The price of Express freight is determined on the basis of the number of transport units, sending and receiving address. Express freight – like all of Posti’s transport services – is transported in a 100% carbon-neutral way. Reach more than 90% of Finnish companies by the next weekday.

No hidden fees. Pay only for completed shipments
- Pricing tables exclude VAT. VAT 24% is added when the shipment is charged.
- The prices include all the direct expenses and fees.
- The parcel weight is announced as chargeable weight unless otherwise stated.
- The standard used in calculating the chargeable weight is 250 kg/m3 (250 g/liter) unless otherwise stated.
- The shipment fees are always charged based on the weight and volume provided by the shipping company.
