We will keep your customers up to speed on the progress of the package and want to help ensure that the package does not return to the retailer without being picked up. Pakettikauppa will send an email to the recipient through the different stages of the parcel’s journey. As a retailer, you can choose when your customer receives emails. You can manage your email settings from the Pakettikauppa dashboard.
It is possible to send an email to the recipient in the following situations:
- the parcel has been sent
- a delay has occurred in the delivery
- the item is ready for pickup
- the parcel has not been picked up within five days of arrival to the pickup point
- Posti’s Small Parcel has been delivered
