You can place a collection request for your shipments through Pakettikauppa. With Posti’s separate pickup service, you can order pickup service for your items. Pickup is available for either individual parcels or transport units (rolltainer, pallet, etc.) On weekdays, Posti picks up items between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
If you need regular, for instance, daily regular pickup service, please contact our customer service to learn more! Regular pickup is possible for both Posti and Matkahuolto’s shipments.
Place a Posti collection request from the Pakettikauppa dashboard:
- From the Deliveries list, select your preferred Posti parcels and select “Pick-up order” at the top of the page.
- Fill out the pickup information and scheduled pickup time of your choosing. Check that all of the parcels you wish to be picked up are included in the list and select “Order a pickup”.
- The price estimates for parcel pickups can be viewed in the collection request window.
Please note that we cannot guarantee pickup service for the selected time slot. Pakettikauppa will forward the information about the pickup request to Posti’s pickup services, and if the outlet performing the pickup has available space on its schedule, the parcels will be picked up at the desired time. If the requested time slot is unavailable, the parcels will be picked up as soon as possible after the desired time.
