When using your own contract, the differences to Pakettikauppa’s contracts include the following:
- We will not email the recipient information about the progress of the shipment (sent, ready for pickup, reminder if not picked up). Only the transport company will send messages
- We will not receive price information for the shipment
- We cannot verify that the invoicing is correct
- We may not receive weight/volume information for all shipments
- We will not receive information about service changes made during delivery, e.g. connected additional services
- With your own GLS contract, the GLS package label will not be optimized for A5 size
- When using your own GLS contract, your own Posti contract cannot be used for the Finnish section
