How do I pay for the service?

Our service works on a “pay-as-you-go” basis, i.e. the payment method must be set. The payment method is set from the Pakettikauppa management user interface. As a retailer, we want to offer you a variety of payment methods. Currently, there are three different ways to pay for using our service:

  1. Saved credit card
  2. Prepaid account that can be loaded through the online payment button of any bank
  3. Invoice

Adding a credit card and balance prepayment is done from the Pakettikauppa dashboard: Profile -> Invoicing information. The credit card will be charged in advance; you can determine the amount of the credit card payment and at what point the charge will be made (e.g. €100 when the balance of the account falls below €20).

Please contact us if you would like to choose invoicing as your payment method. At Pakettikauppa, invoicing is done in such a way that the prepaid balance is allowed to fall below zero, and by invoicing, the balance is raised back to zero.

Regardless of the payment method, Pakettikauppa’s monthly report will be submitted for bookkeeping, showing the customer account transactions as well as a breakdown of the charges. In the Pakettikauppa dashboard settings, you can specify the email address or addresses where you want the report to be sent automatically.
