How can I activate my own contract?

You can use Pakettikauppa’s services just as well with a Pakettikauppa contract as with a transport company’s contract.

If you have a contract of your own, add this contract number to the Pakettikauppa dashboard (Profile -> “My contracts”)

You can add your own contracts for the following transport companies:

  • Posti’s logistics code
  • Matkahuolto customer number
  • DB Schenker customer number
  • GLS customer number

Please note! Posti International is not included in Posti’s normal contract, but it can be activated by requesting activation from the customer service asiakaspalvelu@pakettikauppa.fi . If you are using your own Posti contract and would like to use an information code, please let us know.

What are the benefits of Pakettikauppa when using your own contract?

Pakettikauppa grows with your online store. If you have previously created deliveries through Pakettikauppa, you can continue using the service even if you are using your own contract with a transport company. Therefore, you do not need to change processes or integrations. You can use Pakettikauppa’s contract prices for the deliveries of other transport companies at Pakettikauppa’s prices.

You can continue using Pakettikauppa’s integrations even if you have your own contract. You will benefit from the features built into the integrations, such as displaying pickup points at checkout and printing parcel labels directly from your online store. There is no need for you to build new integrations or delivery types.
