Can the delivery information be edited?

Information for a created delivery cannot be changed because the delivery information is transferred directly to the logistics company. Create a new delivery if you have not yet shipped the item. The old delivery can be removed after 24 hours. 

If you have already shipped an item but want to change the delivery information, please contact Pakettikauppa’s customer service for a service change. Please note: for deliveries under your own contract, the service change must be requested directly from the customer service of the logistics company in question.

A service change can be used to redirect the parcel, change its information, add or remove additional services, stop and/or call back the parcel and change the phone number. Only changing the phone number is free of charge, a service fee of EUR 14.00 (+VAT) will be charged for other requests.
